Permanent Delivery Manager

Experience: 20+ Years Overall | 15+ Years in Project/Program Management Language: French (Fluent) + English Industry: Enterprise Network Telecom / IT Key Responsibilities Independently manage global delivery teams Drive excellence in project and service delivery Establish and maintain effective project management processes Resolve product/service interface and delivery issues Ensure adherence to SLAs, contracts, and financial commitments Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and ROI management Lead customer engagement and proposal development Establish structured project governance and control mechanisms Required Experience ~20+ years of overall experience in a multinational organization ~15+ years of proven expertise in project/program management ~ Strong background in enterprise Network Telecom & IT sectors ~ Technical knowledge of network technologies ~ Deep understanding of financial management, contracts, and SLA-driven delivery ~ Experience in client engagement and strategic proposal development Education & Certifications Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field ITIL & PRINCE2 certifications mandatory Desirable: MSP (Managing Successful Programs) PMP (Project Management Professional) Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development Behavioral Competencies Strategic Perspective (Advanced) Leadership & Matrix Management (Advanced) Global Effectiveness Prioritization & Delegation Expertise Strong Conflict Resolution & Team Building Skills
